Job summary

Valley Health System in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations of the arterial, venous, and cerebrovascular systems under IAC standards and physician orders.

The role requires RVT or CCI registration, CPR certification, completion of an accredited vascular ultrasound program, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical setting with competent teamwork.

Qualifications

• RVT or CCI registered and CPR certification required.
• Completion from an accredited vascular ultrasound program.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to operate ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical settings with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound exams on arterial, venous, and cerebrovascular systems.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure exams are archived in PACS and ITS.
• Assist patients and verify identification before scans.
• Maintain clean, organized exam facilities and stay current with vascular technology.
