Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is one of the largest medical practices in New England with multiple locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Conducts vascular histories and physical exams of patients. Performs clinical assessment and arterial and venous diagnostic lab examinations within the vascular surgery practice. Experience with full scope of vascular imaging including carotid, peripheral arterial, venous, and visceral required. Experience with vein procedures including endovenous laser ablation preferred as this role will require imaging and assisting during these procedures. Maintains exceptional patient care. Responds to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures. This position requires travel to satellite offices in Hartford, central, and east regions.
RVT or RVS credential required
5+ years experience preferred
Prior experience with venous disease and treatment, insurance authorizations or as a surgical tech is a plus.
