Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration in Columbia, SC seeks a Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound studies, generating images and measurements to assist diagnosis and venous disease treatment.

The role emphasizes operating ultrasound equipment, maintaining high ethical standards, and delivering compassionate patient care while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Certification in vascular ultrasound preferred; demonstrates competency in venous and arterial studies.
• Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or cardiovascular technology program.
• Ability to uphold high ethical standards and deliver compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures following protocols to produce images and measurements for diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.
• Responsible for daily operation of ultrasound equipment while maintaining medical ethics and pursuing knowledge of venous disease.
• Produces diagnostically sound images with hemodynamic data for physician interpretation.
• Provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy clinical setting.
