Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma with 24 credit hours in related discipline; experience may replace credits.
• Preferred graduate of AMA accredited school of Vascular Technology.
• 1 year vascular studies experience; knowledge of Doppler for arterial/venous evaluation.
• Required certifications: RCVT, RVS, or RVT.

Responsibilities

• Performs duplex scanning of carotid arteries, upper and lower extremities, abdominal aorta and hepatic/portal flow.
• Conducts PW or CW insonation; interprets flow studies and documents results.
• Completes competencies within introductory period; supports other related duties as assigned.
