Salem Health in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vascular technologist to perform comprehensive ultrasound studies including carotid, venous, arterial, abdominal and transcranial Doppler exams, providing accurate diagnostic information.

A vascular tech at Salem Health performs comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies including carotid, venous, arterial, abdominal and transcranial Doppler exams to provide accurate diagnostic information while ensuring patient safety, comfort and privacy. They assess and prepare patients, adjust imaging techniques to capture precise hemodynamic and anatomical data, monitor patient responses and report critical findings promptly. The role also involves equipment maintenance, accurate documentation and billing, teamwork, and contributing to departmental training and improvement initiatives.
