Piedmont Heart, part of Piedmont Healthcare, is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to lead the vascular surgery program at Piedmont Newton. The role focuses on growing vascular and endovascular services, expanding regional presence and delivering advanced cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification in Vascular Surgery.
Eligibility for or current unrestricted Georgia medical license.
Demonstrated expertise in open and endovascular vascular procedures.
Commitment to quality outcomes and program growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the Vascular Surgery program at Piedmont Newton.
Grow vascular and endovascular service lines and strengthen regional market presence between Rockdale and Newton.
Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Collaborate with cardiovascular specialists, interventionalists, and referring physicians to deliver coordinated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support outcome-driven patient care strategies.
Work closely within the Heart Institute to build a system-wide vascular network.
