• Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We provide physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.
• W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions.
• Paid Training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Practice Overview

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time options available
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
• Part-time role: minimum of 3 days/week; Full-time: 4-5 days/week
• This is a mobile practice: visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily
• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR
• Paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available
