Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a medical group practice or similar setting.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (AHA) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check schedules, manage patient flow, record vitals and assist exam procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and relay instructions to families.
• Support phlebotomy, injections, and specimen handling as needed.
• Complete clerical tasks: records, radiology reports, forms; organize charts.
• Maintain infection control, sterile technique, and safety in clinic areas.
