Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is required.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Previous experience in a medical group practice or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check schedules and manage patient flow; record vitals and assist during exams.
• Assist with injections, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
• Prepare charts, obtain reports, and ensure chart accuracy.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in clinic huddles and quality improvement initiatives.
