Berger Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APRN) with RNFA to join a four-vascular-surgeon team, serving as a Surgery First Assistant in vascular cases and completing hospital rounds.
The role requires collaboration with supervising physicians, adherence to SA/SCA, weekend and on-call rotations, and a commitment to safety, quality, and patient care. Master\'s degrees, Ohio APRN license, and RNFA certification are required.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with RNFA to work in collaboration with a 4 vascular surgeon team. Responsibilities include serving as a Surgery First Assist in vascular surgery cases & completing hospital rounds. This role includes weekend and call shift rotation.
Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician and may perform services authorized by the supervising/collaborating physician that are part of the physician's normal course of practice and expertise. Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives. Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice. Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.
