Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health – Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) with an RNFA to join our Vascular Surgery team, balancing outpatient clinics with OR support.

This role emphasizes outpatient care while the physician focuses on operative procedures, requiring strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage pre- and post-operative care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• ACNP licensure in Texas and RNFA required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding and OR assistance.
• Strong clinical skills, communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient vascular surgery patients (≥3 clinic days/week).
• Conduct pre- and post-operative care, follow-ups and new patient consults.
• Round on inpatients and assist in the OR.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeon and team for comprehensive care.
• Maintain documentation including treatment plans and notes.
