Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston's metro north communities is recruiting a part-time vascular surgeon to join our award-winning public healthcare system. The position requires 0.5 FTE with 16 hours of patient care weekly plus 4 hours of asynchronous clinical admin time, and call approximately 1:3.

The role includes outpatient care for adults, use of the EPIC EMR, and teaching medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Board certification in Vascular Surgery.

CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.

The position:

• Part-time vascular surgeon opportunity in Cambridge, Massachusetts
• 0.5 FTE which includes 16 hours of patient care per week plus 4 hours of asynchronous clinical admin time

• Teach medical students and residents. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS). Position carries a HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities

CURRENCY: CHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 403b with company match, CME time and dollars.

Guaranteed base salary ranges from $227,000 to $245,500 (based on 0.5 FTE).
