Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston's metro north communities is recruiting a part-time vascular surgeon to join our award-winning public healthcare system. The position requires 0.5 FTE with 16 hours of patient care weekly plus 4 hours of asynchronous clinical admin time, and call approximately 1:3.

The role includes outpatient care for adults, use of the EPIC EMR, and teaching medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Board certification in Vascular Surgery.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Team player and approachable.
• Demonstrated commitment to serving CHA's socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient population.
• Experience in an academic safety net system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional outpatient care to our adult population.
• Call is approximately 1:3.
• Adhere to EPIC electronic medical record processes.
• Teach medical students and residents as part of a HMS appointment.
