Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ, seeks an experienced BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join our surgical team. This premier center offers a dynamic practice with full-scope vascular surgery, from complex open procedures to minimally invasive interventions.

The practice model balances clinic and OR time (3 days clinic/2 days OR), a 1:4 call schedule, and robust support staff. Banner Health supports CME, leadership opportunities, sign-on, relocation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Vascular Surgery required; fellowship preferred.
• Comprehensive vascular skill set including vein work.
• Strong open and endovascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinic to OR balance with a 3 days clinic / 2 days OR schedule.
• Reasonable call schedule at 1:4.
• Full-scope vascular practice from complex open procedures to minimally invasive interventions.
• Robust support staff and advanced practice providers.
• Clear pathway for leadership opportunities within Banner's vascular program.
