AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established outpatient lab in Nashville, TN. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, no hospital call, and a clear pathway to practice ownership.

You will perform advanced endovascular procedures, manage patients across the continuum of care, and collaborate with a network of vascular specialists to grow the practice and its impact.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO board certified or board eligible in vascular surgery.
  • Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship.
  • Active Tennessee medical license, or ability to obtain one.
  • 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience preferred — strong recent fellowship graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Genuine interest in practice building, community outreach, and patient education.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced endovascular procedures focusing on PAD and venous disease.
  • Manage patients from consultation through follow-up.
  • Grow the practice through community engagement and referral development.

AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, physician-led Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, Tennessee. Our practice specializes in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and superficial and deep venous disease, utilizing advanced interventional technologies in a setting focused on continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to combine complex vascular intervention, a predictable outpatient schedule, and a clear pathway to practice ownership.
