Job summary

AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, physician-led Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on advanced endovascular treatment of PAD and venous disease, with a predictable outpatient schedule and a clear pathway to practice ownership.

You will manage patients from initial consultation through follow-up, collaborate with a network of vascular specialists, and contribute to community outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery
  • Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
  • Active Tennessee medical license, or ability to obtain one
  • 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience preferred - strong recent fellowship graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • A genuine interest in practice building, community outreach, and patient education

AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, physician-led Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, Tennessee. Our practice specializes in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and superficial and deep venous disease, utilizing advanced interventional technologies in a setting focused on continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to combine complex vascular intervention, a predictable outpatient schedule, and a clear pathway to practice ownership.
