Qualifications

• MD/DO with Tennessee medical license and board certification required.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and train clinical professionals.
• Strong communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of current medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including examinations and assessments.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other providers.
• Manage daily operations of the medical program and ensure quality standards.
• Explain procedures and tests to patients and families; document promptly.
• Support call coverage and maintain productivity with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, therapists and other staff.
