Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in vascular surgery.
• Completion of a vascular fellowship or integrated residency.
• Eligibility for Kentucky medical license and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum open and endovascular vascular surgery.
• Hybrid OR and office-based vascular surgery procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiology, wound care, podiatry, and critical care teams.
• Participate in shared hospital call rotation with APP support.
• Focus on patient-centered care and long-term practice stability.
