Fayette Surgical Associates PSC in Lexington, Kentucky, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon to join its well-established, physician-led vascular group in a high-volume, full-spectrum practice.

This employed opportunity offers partnership potential, strong APP support, advanced endovascular capabilities, and collaboration with cardiology and wound care. No general surgery or trauma duties; relocation, benefits, and a competitive package available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Vascular Surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship or residency.
• Eligibility for Kentucky medical license and DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-spectrum vascular surgery, open and endovascular.
• Participate in a shared hospital-call rotation.
• Collaborate with cardiology, wound care, podiatry and critical care.
• Contribute to quality improvement within a regional vascular program.
