Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our expanding outpatient vascular practice serving Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg, VA. The role emphasizes strong endovascular and minimally invasive skills with significant earning potential in an established setting.

The position offers a $350,000 base salary plus production-based bonuses, with current surgeons earning $750,000 to $1,000,000 annually depending on production incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certification in vascular surgery.
• Active or eligible for Virginia medical licensure.
• Strong endovascular and minimally invasive procedural skills.
• Office Based Lab experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat arterial and venous conditions.
• Perform outpatient endovascular procedures including: angiography, angioplasty and stenting.
• Perform atherectomy, thrombectomy, venous ablation, dialysis access interventions.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and vascular technologists.
• Help support the continued growth of the vascular program throughout Northern Virginia.

Current High Producers Earning $750K–$1M | $350K base + bonuses | Outpatient/OBL We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our growing outpatient vascular practice serving Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon with strong endovascular and minimally invasive skills who wants significant earning potential in an established, growing outpatient practice. The position offers a $350,000 base salary plus a production-based bonus, with some of our current surgeons earning approximately $750,000–$1 million annually with production incentives. You'll join an established vascular group operating since 2011, with modern office-based procedural facilities, an established referral network, and plans for continued growth, including expansion into an ASC model.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat arterial and venous conditions, including PAD, chronic venous insufficiency, dialysis access disease, aneurysmal disease, and thrombotic disorders
• Perform outpatient endovascular procedures including:
  • Angiography
  • Angioplasty and stenting
  • Atherectomy
  • Thrombectomy
  • Venous ablation
  • Dialysis access interventions
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and vascular technologists
• Help support the continued growth of the vascular program throughout Northern Virginia
