Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho, seeks a fellowship-trained Vascular Surgeon for a full-time position. You will join a three-surgeon, two-APP team providing both open and complex endovascular care, with a focus on expanding a regional vascular referral center.

The role includes oversight of a non-invasive vascular lab, co-management of the service line with hospital leadership, and participation in a 24/7 on-call schedule (1:4).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ACGME accredited vascular surgery residency/fellowship completed.
• ABS certification in vascular surgery required or to be obtained within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care including open and endovascular procedures.
• Oversee and interpret non-invasive vascular studies.
• Co-manage the vascular surgery service line with hospital administration and outreach clinics 1–2 times per month.
• Participate in a 24/7 vascular call schedule (1:4).
