Job summary

Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, TX seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Associates. Office space is available; J1 visa support and Spanish-language ability are a plus.

New grads and experienced candidates are welcome. Inpatient and outpatient care with Surgical/Cath lab block opportunities, plus 24/7 Anesthesiology support and a competitive MGMA-based package.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in vascular surgery.
• Fellowship in vascular surgery preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• J1 visa support available.
• 2 hours from San Antonio.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Anticipated ER call schedule: minimum 10 days per month.
• No general surgery call required.
• Inpatient & outpatient mix with Surgical/Cath lab block opportunities.
• 24/7 Anesthesiology support.

Responsibilities

• Provide vascular surgery care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with the Cardiothoracic and Vascular team.
• Participate in ER call schedule as needed.
• Utilize Surgical/Cath labs and coordinate with anesthesia.
