A multi-specialty medical group in the DC/Baltimore area is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon to join their practice. This role offers a competitive compensation package, a path to partnership, and a flexible schedule with minimal hospital days. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment and endovascular skills, focusing on high-quality patient care. The position includes no on-call shifts, and the group supports a collaborative environment with experienced staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat compound vascular conditions in a varied patient population.
• Perform minimally invasive endovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-3 NPs and PAs for outpatient interventions.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-3 NPs and PA’s, handling mainly outpatient-based interventions

• Texas Medical License or able to obtain one
• Integrated Vascular Surgery candidate preferred or 5+2 pathway candidates with strong endovascular skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a duty to the highest quality of patient care
