Lutheran Health Network in Northeast Indiana is seeking a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to build and grow a comprehensive vascular program in Fort Wayne and surrounding regions. Hybrid practice with a balanced mix of endovascular, open procedures, and clinic work ensures a dynamic workload.

The role offers strong referral networks, APP support, and dedicated OR time, with opportunities for program development in limb salvage, aortic, dialysis access, venous disease, and wound care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in vascular surgery.
• Experience in hybrid vascular practice is preferred.
• Ability to help build and grow a comprehensive vascular program.
• Strong collaboration with cardiovascular surgeons and APP support.

Responsibilities

• Perform endovascular and open vascular procedures as needed.
• Lead program development and growth in Northeast Indiana.
• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons and APPs to deliver patient care.
• Manage referrals and scheduling to optimize case mix and outcomes.
