Job summary

Compensation includes a yearly salary range plus a $25,000 sign‑on bonus, $10,000 relocation stipend, 401(k) with 4% match, 4 weeks paid leave, and BCBS PPO health coverage. Schedule: 8–5, weekdays with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Completion of a ACGME approved fellowship program with formal training in open and endovascular procedures as well as in vascular ultrasound.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
• At least 2 years’ experience and able to operate independently.
• Florida Medical License.

Responsibilities

• You will be employed by the Corporation to render professional services on behalf of the Corporation as a Doctor of Medicine specializing in vascular and endovascular surgery at Hospitals and/or facilities at which the Corporation provides services.
• You will perform all services in accordance with the bylaws, rules and regulations of the Medical Staff of the Hospitals and/or facilities at which the Corporation provides services, and in accordance with any agreement between the Corporation and such Hospitals and/or facilities.

Offered Salary And Other Compensation

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $600K - $1,000K. Additionally, we offer:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5 pm. Saturdays once a month.
