Vohra Wound Physicians in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a part-time vascular surgeon to join the national wound care team. The role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility with no nights, no call and no weekend responsibilities.

You will provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings, document in real time, conduct weekly rounds, and coordinate with facility staff while traveling 40–60 miles to multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Part-Time Vascular Surgeon Position in Hyattsville, MD with National Wound Physician Group

Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside with real-time documentation during clinical rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and coordinate care with facility staff.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time role is 4–5 days per week.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location; typically 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.

Practice Overview

• Full-time work: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm) or part-time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Paid Training is provided during onboarding + 6 months wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available).
