Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Vascular Surgeon to join a nationwide wound care network. You will provide bedside wound care across facilities, maintain autonomy, and enjoy flexible scheduling with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties.

This role includes a 6-month wound care fellowship, paid onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package. Part-time is a minimum 3 weekdays per week, with full-time equivalent around 45 hours.

Qualifications

Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network.
• Deliver physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to develop clinical excellence.
• Autonomy and flexible scheduling, typically around a 45 hour work week for full-time positions.

Practice Overview

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am–4pm); part-time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4–5 days per week.
• Mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Physicians visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation at point of care, in real-time during rounds, using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship).
