Job summary

Overlake Clinics is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon in Factoria, WA, with a secondary site in Bellevue. You will join a multidisciplinary team to perform the full spectrum of vascular procedures, with a 1:4 call schedule and access to a Hybrid OR, cath lab, and vascular lab.

The compensation ranges from $475,000 to $550,000 annually, with up to 6.5 weeks PTO, CME support, relocation assistance, and strong retirement benefits. A WA license by hire and EPIC EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a US Residency and Fellowship Program required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery required.
• Washington medical license by time of hire required.
• Four+ years post fellowship experience preferred.
• EPIC or other EMR experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full breadth of vascular surgery including limb salvage, aorta, carotid, varicose vein, and DVT treatment.
• Join a multidisciplinary team with three vascular surgeons and three advanced practice providers.
• Maintain call coverage: 1 in 4 weekdays and 1 in 4 weekends (home call, 24-hour).
• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities: Hybrid OR, cath lab, vein treatment room, vascular lab.

Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Vascular Surgeon to join our growing practice located in Factoria, WA.

Join a multidisciplinary team working alongside three experienced vascular surgeons and three advanced practice providers in a supportive environment that values collaboration, exceptional care, and professional growth.

Position Details

• Full-time (32 patient contact hours per week)
• Full breadth of vascular services offered, with a focus on limb salvage, aorta, carotid, varicose vein, and DVT treatment.
• Call: 1 in 4 weekdays / 1 in 4 weekends (home call, 24-hour coverage)
• State-of-the-art facilities: Hybrid OR, cath lab, vein treatment room and vascular lab. Integration with cardiothoracic/cardiovascular service line.
• Primary site: Factoria, WA
• Secondary site: Bellevue, WA

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation:$475,000–$550,000 annual starting salary

• Continuing Medical Education:1 week + $5,000 CME allowance
