What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and market share growth for Peripheral Vascular products in assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and drive therapy adoption
- Train medical staff on product usage and procedures to enhance customer experience
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of medical industry experience, specifically in selling physician preference products in a hospital setting
- At least 5 years of experience selling to interventional cardiology and/or radiology, hospital/Cath Lab setting, vascular surgery, or electrophysiology
- Proven ability to manage territory effectively and adhere to financial and regulatory compliance standards
- Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, or in-hospital pharmaceuticals
- Degree in biological science or business
- Strong business planning and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
