Vascular Sr. Prin. Clinical Specialist - Phoenix, AZ

Join Medtronic as a Vascular Sr. Prin. Clinical Specialist - Phoenix, AZ and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide technical support for vascular products and procedures, supporting physicians, nurses, and technicians in clinical settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support and education to customers in PAD treatment
  • Assist sales teams with technical case coverage and support
  • Educate on clinical results and product efficacy
  • Support regional sales strategies and market development activities
  • Maintain flexibility to support last-minute technical cases
  • Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to share best practices
  • Participate in training, inventory management, and other BU activities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • H.S. Degree with 14+ years of experience, or
  • Associate degree with 12+ years, or
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in healthcare, sales support, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
  • Travel domestically over 50%
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, sit/stand/walk for 6-8 hours
  • Work in clinical environments with PPE and vendor credentialing
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $95,000 - $105,000, plus incentive plan. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Salary varies based on experience and location.
