USA Clinics Group in Bethpage, NY, seeks a Vascular Sonographer to conduct vascular ultrasound examinations focused on the lower extremities, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

This full-time float position requires commuting to Bethpage, Stony Brook, and Valley Stream clinics, with weekend availability and compensation of $42–$50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential or eligibility within 90 days.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Strong communication skills in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing as applicable.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular laboratory setting.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies and manage images.
