Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour, Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
Hours: varied (mostly day shift) with on call

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to perform diagnostic studies utilizing duplex ultrasound technology, continuous wave Doppler and other noninvasive vascular assessment technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two year formal ultrasound program and RVT eligibility required at time of hire. If recent graduate (less than 6 months) certification required within 6 months of hire.
(OR) Current RVT through ARDMS with 2 years of experience in a dedicated vascular laboratory required.
BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge and experience using ultrasound equipment required.
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs required.
Knowledge of medical terminology required.
Working knowledge of computer equipment and all appropriate clinic and laboratory software required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in noninvasive vascular scanning in an accredited vascular lab preferred.
On-the-job experience is preferred but a 6-month clinical externship in a dedicated vascular laboratory setting is acceptable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to sit & walk frequently; stand occasionally.
Able to lift 0-10 lbs constantly; 11-50 lbs occasionally.
Able to carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally.
Able to push 0-10 lbs constantly; 11-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
Able to pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
Able to reach constantly; climb occasionally.
Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
