Freeman Health System in the United States (Radiology) seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to operate sonographic equipment, perform diagnostic studies, and communicate results. This teaching department supports MRI, X-Ray and Ultrasound with a team of experienced professionals.
The role requires current licensure as a Registered Vascular Technologist and involves daily Sonographic Laboratory operations, patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, QA, and adherence to high medical ethics.

Full-time | 36 hours per week, evening shift (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM).
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using sonography. The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the Sonographic Laboratory, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and Quality Assessment (QA). The Sonographer maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve.
Currently licensed as a Registered Vascular Technologist.
