Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Utah is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams focused on the lower extremities, while delivering an excellent patient experience. Location: West Valley City and Holladay, UT.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday (occasional Friday); travel training out of state for the first 3+ weeks. Qualifications include accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular program, RVT/RVS/RPhS or eligibility within 90 days, venous mapping/duplex

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT/RVS/RPhS or eligible to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, mapping and duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations with high-quality diagnostic images.
• Strong communication and patient-focused healthcare demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Additional vascular imaging such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT and PVR when applicable.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic or vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR to document studies, manage images and support workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities when appropriate.
