An opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking, friendly, and progressive non-obstetric team at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, initiative-taking, well-organized sonographer capable of working autonomously to join our busy unit.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to primarily support the vascular service at KGH, with the ability to perform general ultrasound, which is preferable. The candidate should be SVT Accredited and competent in conducting clinical examinations, playing a key role in managing patients with vascular disease.
You will perform and independently report on a wide range of vascular ultrasound examinations, including upper and lower limb arterial and venous scans, carotid and aorta including EVAR scans, and arterio-venous fistulas.
You must be highly competent, eager to contribute towards efficient service delivery, and committed to excellent patient care.
You must hold a UK-recognized Pg. Diploma or Pg. Certificate in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent and be registered with HCPC or another recognized body.
