USA Clinics Group seeks a Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound studies, focusing on lower extremities, in our Kansas City clinics. You will generate detailed reports for physicians and discuss results with patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Requirements include an accredited ultrasound program, vascular registry certification, and 1+ year of vascular study experience. The role includes paid training and a Thursday–Saturday schedule at local clinics.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Vascular registry certification (RVT/RVS/RPhS) or ability to book exam before offer extended.
• 1+ year of experience performing vascular studies such as DVT rule outs and insufficiency studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vascular ultrasound exams to create detailed reports for physicians.
• Explain examination results and proposed treatment options to patients.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and equipment.
• Maintain timely workflow for vascular exams in the clinic.
• Assist with inventory and general clinic duties as needed.

Position Summary

As a Vascular Sonographer at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ultrasound examinations focused on the vascular system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process.

Position Details

• Location: Kansas City & Overland Park clinics
• Schedule: Thursday-Saturday (3 weeks per month; 1 week off)
• Compensation: $40-55/hr based on experience and qualifications
• Paid training

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to create detailed reports for physicians to help formulate safe and effective treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient
• Ensure adherence to timelines for ultrasound exams to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the clinicParticipate in maintaining ultrasound equipment and monitoring inventory for supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or clinic management
