Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica's world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.

As the coordinator of a patient's plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR training
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period (at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with input from patient, families and health care team.
• Assess nursing needs and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care plan effectiveness.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
