Job summary

Stryker seeks an Arterial Account Manager in the United States to drive adoption of PAD and CLTI therapies. In this field-based role, you will collaborate with physicians, hospital leaders, and cross‑functional teams to build programs and expand access.

You will lead priority initiatives, deliver high‑impact clinical presentations, and help onboard new hires. Travel is expected about 50%. Base salary is around $125,000 with commission potential.

Qualifications

• BS degree or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
• Experience with Stryker or Inari sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD and CLTI.
• Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders including physicians and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
• Collaborate with VTE Account Managers on shared targets and messaging.
• Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and admins.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a clinical voice for innovation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.
• Develop and disseminate insights to stakeholders during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
• Perform other responsibilities to support regional and national initiatives.
