Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Arterial Account Manager in a field-based, high-visibility role across PAD and CLTI therapies. You will collaborate with physicians, vascular surgeons, and health system leaders to develop and scale programs.

You will drive adoption through clinical education, build cross-functional partnerships, and deliver compelling presentations to hospital leadership. The position offers travel and a competitive base with commission potential.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in PAD and CLTI and uncover unmet clinical needs.
• Build alignment with physician champions, hospital leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives.
• Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
• Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
• Support new hire onboarding and ongoing training needs with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.
• Develop insights during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
