Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care's Azura outpatient vascular centers are seeking an experienced RN to provide direct nursing care before, during, and after procedures in a patient-focused, safe environment. You will assist physicians, monitor patients under sedation, and maintain meticulous records in a compliant ambulatory setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to CQI and regulatory standards, and ongoing patient education on post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• RN license required; ACLS certification mandatory.
• High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor degrees preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; ACLS/BLS certifications commonly required in ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care pre, during, and post procedure under supervision.
• Monitor patient condition during moderate sedation and contrast administration.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation; ensure privacy compliance.
• Adhere to CQI goals and facility policies; assist with adverse event reporting.
• Assist physician and scrub as needed; ensure sterile technique and patient safety.
