Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an ACNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under physician or midlevel provider supervision.
• Collect patient health data and analyze to support diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe, effective care.
• Maintain safety, quality and infection control standards.
• Educate patients and families about disease, care, and treatment.
