Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.

Vascular RN Navigator - Trios Health Care Center at Southridge

Job Type: FT Days

Salary and Incentives: $10,000 - $25,000 commitment-incentive bonus, wage scale: $36.73 - $74.89 per hour based on experience. This is a Union position.

Department/Unit Summary

The RN Navigator demonstrates performance aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities include patient preparation, assisting during examinations and procedures, patient navigation, clinical support, and limited surgical and diagnostic testing support.

• Maintain knowledge on vascular and cardiac therapies, side effects, and complications.
• Assist physicians with patient care, including physical tests, lab result interpretation, and patient education.
• Coordinate care, assist with medication management, and support patients’ psychosocial needs.
• Support quality improvement and administrative tasks within the clinic.
