Job summary

Summa Health Medical Group in Akron, Ohio seeks an inpatient Stroke Neurologist to join the Neuroscience Institute. The position offers inpatient coverage on a flexible 7-on/7-off block schedule for 23 weeks per year, promoting work-life balance and continuity of care.

The selected provider will collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neurocritical Care, Endovascular and Trauma programs to ensure seamless care from emergency intervention through recovery.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Neurology.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient stroke neurology coverage on a 7-on/7-off block (23 weeks/year).
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neurocritical Care, Endovascular and Trauma teams to ensure coordinated care.

Summa Health Medical Group is seeking an inpatient Stroke Neurologist to join our nationally recognized Neuroscience Institute in Akron, Ohio. The position offers inpatient coverage on a flexible 7-on/7-off block schedule for 23 weeks per year, which promotes both work-life balance and continuity of care. There is opportunity for Stroke Directorship for qualified candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a highly integrated, multidisciplinary team. The selected provider will work in close collaboration alongside Neurosurgery, Neurocritical Care, Endovascular, and Critical Care Trauma programs to ensure seamless, coordinated care from emergency intervention through recovery. Candidate Qualifications

• Board certification and/or eligibility in Neurology
