Qualifications

• Registered Radiology Technologist by ARRT-R.

Responsibilities

• Performs special/invasive radiology procedures and ensures radiation safety.
• Prepares patients for exams, explains procedures, and positions them for imaging.
• Enters and monitors patient data and ensures accurate records.
• Performs quality assurance on radiology equipment and may assist with accreditation.
• Identifies and reports accidents, complaints or equipment malfunctions.
• Takes emergency call within the department and supports patient care.
