AMI is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor / Charge Nurse to join the team in the Brick Vascular Institute (VI) office location. This position is a great opportunity for nursing leaders to join a dynamic, outpatient practice!
The VI RN Clinical Supervisor / Charge Nurse coordinates and oversees the activities of the VI and clinical team members to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients.

The VI RN Clinical Supervisor / Charge Nurse is responsible for, but not limited to:
The position is based in the Brick Vascular Institute, with coverage and oversight in Toms River, Neptune, and Manahawkin. The work schedule for this position includes Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Schedules and locations are subject to change based on business needs.
QualificationsEligible candidates have a current and valid NJ RN license, with current American Heart Association Basic Life Support and ACLS certifications. Qualified candidates also have experience with sedation and exceptional IV skills. Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is an effective leader and team contributor, demonstrates a positive attitude that motivates team members, and fosters an environment of collaboration and learning. Candidates must also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate both compassion and clarity in all aspects of the role. The ability to problem-solve, utilize critical thinking, and complete tasks under pressure is required for success in the position.
