Job summary

Bethany Medical in North Carolina seeks a full-time Vascular/General Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasonic examinations and support physician evaluation. The role requires independent work, adherence to protocols, and focus on patient safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have ARRT/ARDMS/RVT credentials (RDCS/RDMS preferred), current BLS, and at least two years of ultrasound experience in hospital or outpatient settings. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT/ARDMS/RVT registration or registry available.
• RDCS or RDMS certification preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• At least 2 years of ultrasound experience in hospital/outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular and/or general ultrasound examinations.
• Ensure procedures are properly ordered and patient identified.
• Maintain safety and comfort of patients during ultrasound procedures.
• Work independently and adhere to departmental protocol.
• Maintain imaging equipment and order supplies.
