Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant to support physicians in a fast-paced outpatient vascular and vein clinic environment. In this role you’ll room patients, obtain vitals, assist with procedures, document in the EMR, educate patients before and after procedures, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification or formal training preferred.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent certifications strongly encouraged.
• Experience using EMR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs at check-in.
• Assist providers during in-office procedures and treatments.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for daily clinic flow.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients before and after procedures.
• Maintain clinic inventory and room cleanliness.
• Support front desk and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
