StrideCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to provide advanced clinical care for patients undergoing venous, arterial, and vascular procedures under physician supervision. You will assess patients, assist with procedures, develop management plans, and monitor outcomes while ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include RN and APRN licensure in the state, national APRN certification, prescriptive authority, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• RN and APRN licensure in the applicable state.
• National APRN certification.
• Prescriptive authority and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Endovascular experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with venous and arterial procedures under physician supervision.
• Assess patient health via interview, exam, and history.
• Identify care needs and recommend actions.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Document findings and differential diagnoses.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Work independently with coordination to the team.
