The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Current RN and APRN licensure is required, along with national certification. This position demands ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year of surgical experience required.
  • Endovascular experience preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Assist with performing venous and arterial procedures under physician direction.
  • Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes according to defined standards of care.

Connaissances

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to assist with venous, arterial, and endovascular procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Knowledge of clinical regulations, HIPAA, OSHA
Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Formation

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and APRN
National certification as an APRN
Current BLS and ACLS certification
