Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Vascular Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our distinguished surgical team. The ideal candidate will hold AZ licensure (or eligibility), possess a DEA with prescriptive authority, and be PA-C or ACNP with RNFA certification.

A 1–2 year cardiovascular surgery background and ACLS/BLS are preferred. Per diem position with potential on-call shifts overnight and weekends.

Competenze

• AZ license or license eligibility is required
• DEA with prescriptive authority is required
• PA-C or ACNP with RNFA certificate at time of application
• 1–2 years' experience preferred
• OR surgical skill set is required
• Cardiovascular surgical experience including endo vein harvesting
• ACLS/BLS certification required
